Augusta Health in Virginia is seeking a PRN Medical Office Scribe for Shenandoah Valley Orthopedics. The role documents patient encounters in real-time within the EHR, enabling clinicians to focus on direct patient care while improving efficiency and patient experience.

You will collaborate with the care team, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and support a fast-paced orthopedic practice. The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year scribing experience; CMSS/CCMA preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMSS, CCMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a medical scribe or in a similar clinical documentation support role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform real-time documentation of patient encounters in the EHR.
• Support clinicians by managing documentation workflow to reduce provider burnout.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of patient records.
