Job summary

Quantum Sky seeks a Cyber Real Time Analyst to join the DCO team defending DISA PAC on Ford Island, HI. You will perform real-time boundary monitoring across multi-level environments, coordinate incident responses, and support cross-enclave defense with tools like Splunk and Elastic Stack.

You must hold Top Secret/SCI eligibility with 24/7 on-site availability and a strong background in SOC operations, network security, and incident reporting within U.S. government networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field with 2+ years CND experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years, or 6+ years in lieu of degree.
• Must hold DoD 8140.03/DCWF 531 Intermediate Proficiency prior to start.
• Certifications such as CySA+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, CEH, or higher.
• Experience in SOC with live alert triage, event correlation, and intrusion analysis.
• Solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, HTTP/S and network architecture inspection.
• Experience with SIEM querying and dashboards (Elastic KQL, MS KQL).
• Ability to work 24/7/365 shifts on-site at Ford Island, HI.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time intrusions and events across DISA Enterprise Boundaries.
• Correlate data sources including alerts, NetFlow, PCAP, DPI, Deep File Inspection, and IDS/IPS logs.
• Configure and tune boundary cyber defense tools (Cisco FirePOWER, NG Sensors, Arbor, Guardian, WCF, ZTNA).
• Populate Incident Reporting Structure (Rally) and author Situational Awareness Reports per CJCSM 6510.01F.
• Coordinate with DISA DJOC, USPACOM J6, DCDC, USCYBERCOM and CSSPs for defense priorities.
