Quantum Sky is seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Analyst to join the Defensive Cyber Operations team supporting DISA PAC at Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, HI. You will synthesize multi-source intelligence and direct threat-informed defense across perimeter boundaries and cloud enclaves up to TS/SCI.

Responsibilities include analyzing TTPs, tracking campaigns, authoring Threat Warnings and Tippers, and coordinating with DISA, USPACOM, NSA to maintain standardized incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in cyber threat intelligence and all-source cyber analysis.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Ability to analyze logs and telemetry from multiple sources.

Responsabilités

• Analyze boundary sensor feeds, Netflow, and IDS/IPS logs to deliver warning intelligence and attack sensing.
• Track adversary campaigns using MITRE ATT&CK and LOTL tradecraft.
• Author threat intelligence products, threats warnings and tactical briefs to support defenders.
• Evaluate telemetry from automated blocking platforms and identify evasion techniques.
• Coordinate threat analyses with DJOC, USPACOM, DCDC, NSA to maintain DoD reporting standards.
