Job summary

You will analyze requirements, coordinate with vendors, implement upgrades, and ensure secure, reliable access to dispatch and surveillance data across cloud and on-premises resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field; five years of in-depth technical experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with video surveillance, AV systems, and IT infrastructure in public sector environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops, presents, and recommends projects and equipment/software proposals to staff and management.
• Analyzes and resolves technical problems as they happen and coordinates vendor support.
• Installs and maintains vendor-supplied applications and AV systems; coordinates testing and implementation.
• Maintains documentation of network and AV architectures and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assists with on-call duties and provides technical support to the team.
