Job summary

Plusai is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and optimize the core robotics infrastructure that enables reliable, low-latency on-vehicle software execution. You will enable engineers with analysis tools, bottleneck identification, and robustness improvements.

The role focuses on IPC, telemetry, memory provisioning, and real-time data handling, while ensuring adherence to our QMS and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or EE required.
Hands-on C++14+ development experience.
Strong Linux toolchain and debugging skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Proactive problem-solving and implementation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize low-latency IPC and data flow monitoring.
Develop high-performance event logging and telemetry.
Implement memory allocators and provisioning policies.
Build lock-free data structures for real-time systems.
Work on network communication and coherency protocols.
Develop on-the-fly component health monitoring.
Manage on-vehicle configurations and state validation.
Optimize low-level OS interactions and tune performance.
Ensure QMS compliance and drive process improvements.
Ensure team compliance with QMS and quality monitoring.
