- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Physics or equivalent.
- Strong programming in C++ and Python.
- Solid mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, or differential equations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
- Develop real-time software processing radar data and maintaining tracks on many targets.
- Collaborate with radar engineers to integrate tracking into defense systems.
- Optimize code for real-time performance where milliseconds matter.
- Support customer demonstrations and field tests.
- Communicate trade-offs to cross-functional teams.
- Build and validate modeling and simulation environments.
