CareSphere in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, is seeking an Attendance Monitoring Specialist to oversee real-time clock-ins and ensure EVV compliance. You will monitor the caregiver dashboard, resolve clock-in errors, and assist staff with mobile clock-in app issues.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and meticulous documentation. You will collaborate with Scheduling Coordinators to maintain accurate attendance records and support shift

Responsabilités

• Real-Time Attendance Monitoring: monitor the call dashboard in real time, verify clock-ins, and identify missed clock-ins.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure EVV compliance and document attendance issues accurately.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: assist caregivers with IVR or clock-in app issues and guide proper usage.
