Anduril Industries is hiring a Software Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team. The role focuses on software engineering for core tools and, for ML candidates, building infrastructure to optimize parameters and detect regressions within CI.

You will work in a fast-paced defense technology environment, applying cutting-edge algorithms and high-performance software for multi-target tracking, data fusion, and mission planning.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in one or more of Python, Rust, C++, or C with proven use in professional projects.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, FP, and REST API design.
• Experience building low-latency or real-time software.
• Experience with software testing including Robot Framework and integration tests.
• Comfort with AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex).
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• ML background in hyperparameter optimization, anomaly detection, and explainable ML (Bayesian ML).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for a US Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide software engineering and development support for the team's core tools.
• Assist in standing up ML infrastructure to optimize system parameters and detect performance regressions in CI.
