Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Battlespace Awareness team. You will reinforce core tools and stand up ML infrastructure to optimize system parameters and detect performance regressions in CI pipelines.

The role requires strong experience with Python, C++, and Rust, plus familiarity with AI coding assistants, GitHub, and CI/CD. You will work on real-time software and contribute to mission-critical defense technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience with Python, C++, Rust or C in production.
• Strong fundamentals in OOP, FP and REST API design.
• Experience building low-latency or real-time software.
• Experience with Robot Framework testing and integration tests.
• Familiar with AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex).
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• ML background including hyperparameter optimization, anomaly detection and explainable ML.

Responsibilities

• Provide software engineering support for core Battlespace tools.
• Help stand up ML infrastructure to optimize parameters and detect regressions in CI.
