Job summary

Auger Inc. is seeking passionate Software Development Engineers eager to design and develop at-scale solutions that blend data, AI, and real-time systems to transform global supply chains. You’ll work on APIs, data pipelines, and new features that power our platform in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with Java or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
• Ability to work in person from our Bellevue headquarters, and to participate in on-call rotations.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
• Ability to work in person from our Bellevue headquarters, and to participate in on-call rotations.
• Comfort working through ambiguity with urgency, patience, and good humor.
• A track record of building things on your own time, whether side projects, open-source contributions, or anything that shows you love to build and learn.
• Knowledge of supply chain systems or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), databases (SQL or NoSQL), or real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink).
