Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience architecting and developing internet-scale server software.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency with Go, Java, Rust, C++, Scala or similar language.
• Experience with search technologies (Lucene/Solr/Elasticsearch) and NoSQL (Cassandra).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement internet-scale, low-latency ad-serving systems.
• Build performant micro-services and distributed data platforms for high data volumes and QPS.
• Engineer secure, scalable data processing pipelines for petabyte-scale datasets.
• Apply ML/NLP/AI techniques to candidate retrieval and ranking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support indexing and searching use cases.
