• Conduct valuations for land, easements, transmission corridors, substations, and varied property types.
• Manage external appraisal engagements and coordinate contractor work.
• Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, Power Delivery, Marketing, and Economic Development teams.
• Provide highest-and-best-use studies, site selection analyses, and market intelligence.
• Perform market research, absorption studies, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Support litigation and eminent domain activities through appraisal expertise.
• Track and report real estate market metrics and strategic trends.
• Identify future opportunities through geographic and development assessments.
