Job description

Real Property SME/Senior Asset Management Analyst (020-25)

We are seeking a Real Property SME/Senior Asset Management Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) G6 Communications Directorate. This role involves developing policies and procedures for property accountability, auditability, and readiness across all bases, posts, and stations under MCICOM. The position requires managing property records through APSR, reporting on property and equipment status, and executing procurement actions.

Location: Arlington, VA, with up to 25% travel to installation regions on the East/West Coasts and in the Pacific.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities:

• Support logistics and asset management for MCICOM installations.
• Review and develop logistics policies and processes related to maintenance and asset management.
• Draft maintenance, asset, and configuration management policies and procedures.
• Develop logistics policy and process guides, identifying system gaps and proposing modernization activities.
• Associate service support agreements with installation or property functions and derive information exchange requirements.
• Provide monthly reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Security Clearance:

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant DoD or Federal experience.
• Experience with Marine Corps APSRs, ELMS/DPAS, and GCSS-MC.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of DoD/USMC Material Management Policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
