The Sr. National Title Examination Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of national title searches, title clearance, and underwriting to help produce clear property titles and enable the efficient transfer of real estate and the issuance of title insurances for purchase, refinance, and equity transactions. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00.
