Job summary

LMI seeks a Real Property Functional Subject Matter Expert to support Army HQDA G-4 ELISS program, focusing on improving real property data quality, CIP data, and asset visibility. The role requires deep project controls experience with large capital programs and familiarity with Army real property systems.

You will advise and train stakeholders, refine business rules, and lead data analysis for portfolio reporting.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a related field preferred.
• 12+ years of project controls or real property experience required.
• Experience with Army real property systems and reporting processes (AR 40545, AR 40570) is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate real property inventory using Army systems (e.g., ASIP, ePRISMS, HQIIS, ISRWeb, RPLANS, E-SMS).
• Facilitate training and communication with stakeholders and installations on policy and practice.
• Review, reconcile, and refine data related to real property assets and CIP for accuracy and completeness.
• Support and refine business processes, user requirements, and system logic for reporting real property activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, financial, and installation stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and align with asset accounting and audit rules.
• Lead data analysis and compilation for construction submissions and portfolio reporting; develop dashboards for project tracking and compliance.
• Develop and sustain real property validation workflows and training materials for government validation.
• Provide SOPs, job aids, and workshops to strengthen installation-level reporting and data quality.
