Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC seeks a Real Property Functional Subject Matter Expert to support Army HQDA ELISS within the Asset Management Division. You will improve CIP data quality, asset visibility, and stakeholder reporting, advising on business rules and systems.

The role requires deep project controls experience on large capital programs and familiarity with Army real property systems, policies, and reporting processes, while coordinating with installations to ensure compliance and reporting

Qualifications

BS degree in civil/engineering, facilities management, construction management, real estate management, business, finance, data analytics or related field.
12+ years of project controls, real property, capital asset, or construction program experience.
Working knowledge of DoW and Army real property systems and reporting processes.
Experience with large capital programs (>$100M) data validation, reporting, and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

Maintain real property inventory and CIP records across Army systems.
Train stakeholders and installations on business rules, workflows, and systems.
Review and reconcile data related to real property assets, construction projects, and capital investments.
Refine processes and system logic to ensure accurate asset recording and reporting.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, financial, and installation stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Lead data analysis for construction submissions and support dashboard development for portfolio visibility.
Develop real property validation workflows and training materials to improve reporting quality.
