Job summary

Aldevra is seeking a Real Property Analyst to support US Army Reserve operations at Fort McCoy, WI. You will collaborate with DPW Realty staff and report to the G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate to ensure accurate real property transactions and timely inventories.

The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to navigate AR 405-45 while maintaining accurate MSRs and data in GFEBS. Some field work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities management, construction management, or engineering support.
• Knowledge of Army real property processes and AR 405-45.
• Experience with physical inventories and asset validation.
• Ability to read as-built drawings and DD Form 1354s.
• Valid Real-ID driver’s license and strong written skills.

Responsibilities

• Support real property execution across multiple installations.
• Coordinate with DPW Realty staff and report to Engineers Directorate.
• Update GFEBS with acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements.
• Plan and conduct physical inventories per AR 405-45.
• Prepare DD Form 1354s for capitalization.
• Submit monthly MSR to Real Property Branch.
• Provide health check briefings to USARC leadership.
• Assist in remediation of InSITE discrepancies.
• Provide surge support as needed.
