Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Valuation, Asset Management, Acquisitions, or Underwriting.
• Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and certification.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Become Argus Certified and grow your knowledge within the Commercial Real Estate field.
• Prepare cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise.
• Manage the Altus-client process appraisal process.
• Conduct market analysis for valuations and review third-party appraisal reports.
• Participate in On-Boarding Training and understand Due Diligence for client acquisitions.
