Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Upon completion, must have additional academic credits for degree/CPA eligibility.
• Preferred GPA 3.0+ and coursework in information systems or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with valuation analyses of real property for financial reporting and planning purposes.
• Collaborate with senior team on client deliverables and real estate asset classes.
• Conduct market research and property inspections domestically and abroad as needed.
• Read, analyze leases related to commercial real estate transactions.
• Support audits as a real estate specialist and help with technology tools.
