Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing degrees in Engineering, Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Coursework or minor in information systems, software engineering, computer science or data analytics preferred
• Demonstrated interest in real estate valuation; basic understanding of real estate finance concepts and ARGUS is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel-based modeling, including basic formulas, lookup functions and cash flow modeling; VBA and data visualization a plus
• Strong technical, business acumen, critical thinking and agility; collaborative leadership in a dynamic environment
• Ability to travel and work on-site as needed; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Assist with valuation analysis of real property and personal property for financial reporting, tax, and business planning
• Collaborate with senior team members on client deliverables across real estate asset classes
• Perform market research and property inspections domestically and abroad to support valuation
• Read, abstract and analyze leases related to equipment and commercial real estate transactions
• Assist audit teams in reviewing valuations as tangible asset specialists
• Build capabilities in technologies enabling client service delivery such as AI, Alteryx, Power BI
