Job summary

Stout's Real Estate internship offers hands-on exposure to valuation and advisory services across estate & gift tax appraisal, financial reporting, and more. You will work under seasoned professionals and gain client exposure while building technical skills.

Interns collaborate on on-site property inspections, market research, and data analysis, contributing to deliverables and client meetings both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum GPA 3.0; 3.5+ preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for site inspections.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections and evaluations.
• Perform market, industry, and property-level research.
• Prepare due diligence questions and validate financial data.
• Engage with market participants to gather data and insights.
• Participate in client meetings and strategic planning.
• Create deliverables and narratives for real property analyses.
