Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; 3.5+ preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections and evaluations to assess valuation factors.
• Perform market, industry, and property-level research to support valuation assumptions.
• Prepare due diligence questions and verify supporting documentation.
