Zusammenfassung

Aprio is seeking a Director to lead and grow the Real Estate Valuation Services practice within the Valuation & Investigation Services group. You will set strategy, originate and expand client relationships, sign complex appraisal assignments, and develop a high-performing team of valuation professionals.

This role interfaces with Tax, Audit/Assurance, Wealth Management, and Aprio Legal to integrate real estate valuation into broader client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• At least 15 years of commercial real estate valuation experience.
• Experience leading a team or a real estate valuation practice.
• Active Certified General Real Property Appraiser license; MAI designation preferred.
• Meets AQB and state requirements to supervise trainee appraisers.
• Experience with valuation for financial reporting and tax purposes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set strategy, offerings, budget, and growth targets for the practice.
• Originate and expand client relationships with lenders, funds, PE sponsors, and developers.
• Partner with Tax, Audit/Assurance, Wealth Management, and Aprio Legal on valuation work.
• Lead engagement acceptance, risk, and quality control per USPAP and professional standards.
• Lead and mentor associates through Senior Manager and promote licensure paths.
