Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Transactions Analyst to manage property-level diligence and closing activities for acquisitions, dispositions and financings. You will partner with investments, property management, treasury and leasing teams to coordinate environmental, structural, title and other due diligence items.

The role requires 3 years of real estate experience and a BA degree (preferred), strong written and oral communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years real estate experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Review of standard real estate transactional diligence items including environmental, structural, title and property-level documentation.
• Facilitate diligence and closing process for all real estate transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Coordinate with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to incorporate assets into an operating portfolio.
• Work with third party vendors to obtain diligence documents.
• Organize diligence for internal consumption.
• Follow and coordinate closing checklist processes.
• Interface with outside counsel on legal for all real estate transactions.
