Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate seeks a Transactions Analyst to manage property-level diligence and support closing activities across acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. You will collaborate with investments, property management, treasury, leasing, and external counsel to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transactions.

3 years real estate experience and BA preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience is preferred.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multitask in a paced-growth oriented company.

Responsibilities

• Review standard real estate transactional diligence items including, environmental, structural, title and property level documentation.
• Facilitate diligence and closing process for all real estate transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Work with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to coordinate all functions necessary to incorporate real estate assets into an operating portfolio.
• Work with third party vendors to obtain diligence documents.
• Organize diligence for internal consumption.
• Follow and coordinate closing checklist processes.
• Interface with outside counsel on legal for all real estate transactions.
