Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Transactions Analyst to manage property-level diligence and closing processes across acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. You will collaborate with the investments team, property management, treasury, and leasing to integrate assets into our portfolio, while coordinating outside counsel and third-party vendors to ensure timely closings.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant real estate and BA degree preferred.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a paced-growth oriented company.

Responsibilities

• Review of standard real estate transactional diligence items including, environmental, structural, title and property level documentation.
• Facilitate diligence and closing process for all real estate transaction types including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Work with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to coordinate all functions necessary incorporate real estate assets into an operating portfolio.
• Work with third party vendors to obtain diligence documents.
• Organize diligence for internal consumption.
• Follow and coordinate closing checklist processes.
• Interface with outside counsel on legal for all real estate transactions.
