Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Transactions Analyst responsible for property-level diligence and closing activities for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. You will collaborate with the investments team to ensure accurate documentation and timely closing.

You will coordinate with property management, treasury, leasing, and outside counsel, handling diligence documents and closing checklists in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years real estate experience preferred.
• BA degree preferred.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review standard real estate transactional diligence items (environmental, structural, title, and property-level documentation).
• Facilitate diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Coordinate with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to asset-operate the portfolio.
• Work with third-party vendors to obtain diligence documents.
• Interface with outside counsel on legal for real estate transactions.
