The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, tech-forward, and eager to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency.

You will lead closing coordination, perform due diligence, draft and redline documents, manage closing sets, and support entity management and client service.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as a commercial real estate, corporate, or transactional Paralegal/Legal Assistant.
• Solid understanding of title/survey review and due diligence tracking.
• Experience with Florida public records is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Closing coordination from initial intake through closing and post-closing.
• Draft, revise, redline, and proofread routine closing documents under attorney supervision.
• Oversee entity formation, maintenance, and corporate filings; manage client communications.
