Job summary

Robinson+Cole, a Vault Top Ranked Am Law 200 firm, seeks a Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Transactional Associate with 5–7 years of CRE experience to join the Real Estate + Development practice. The role involves drafting and negotiating leases and related documents for landlords and tenants from Stamford, CT or other offices, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Experience in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
Ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements.
Drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, assignments, subleases, LOIs, and related documents for landlords and tenants.
Top academic and transactional credentials; excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location.
