Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate with five to seven years of experience to join the Real Estate + Development practice group based in Stamford, Hartford, or New York offices. The firm represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.

The role requires admission in the state of the primary office, top academics, and excellent writing/negotiation skills.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in real estate and development transactions.
• Experience representing buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, landlords, and tenants.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, assignments, subleases, letters of intent, and related documents.
• Admission to the state of the attorney's primary office location.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate leases and related leasing documents.
• Review and analyze complex real estate agreements as part of a team.
