Job summary

Robinson+Cole is seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Transactional Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join the Real Estate + Development practice group in Stamford, Hartford, or New York. The role emphasizes leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, with drafting and negotiation of leases and related documents for landlords and tenants.

A hybrid work model is offered, with in-office presence encouraged 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, assignments, subleases, LOIs, and related leasing documents for landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate leases and related documents for landlords and tenants.
• Assist in closing transactions with attention to detail and timely communication.
