Job summary

Hammes Partners is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support a dynamic investment team in Milwaukee. You will coordinate due diligence for pending transactions and help manage sourcing and closing of investments, working closely with leadership and the Capital Markets group.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with real estate finance processes and closing documentation. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrates utmost attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a high-paced environment (time management skills).
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to establish rapport via phone and email.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence activities for pending transactions and assist in sourcing and closing investments.
• Assist Capital Markets with documentation and closing of financings and debt strategies.
• Create and maintain lender databases and souring logs to support loan procurement.
• Review closing statements, estoppels, title, surveys and related documents for development opportunities.
• Prepare real estate closing packages and coordinate with selling parties to gather necessary due diligence.
