The attorney will draft and review contracts and corporate documents, guide clients through amendments, and manage complex projects with strong writing and client-service focus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law
• Experience representing cities, municipalities, or other governmental organizations in civil matters
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong project-management and client-management abilities
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume drafting caseload while collaborating with attorneys and staff
• Must be able to work during business hours and some evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, opinion letters, governing corporate documents, and amendments
• Interact with clients over the phone and in person
• Chair client corporate meetings
• Interpret county real estate and recorders' requirements
• Manage electronic task lists and billing
• Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Maintain strong organization and follow-through across matters
