SSP Law Co. LPA seeks a motivated Attorney (Real Estate Transactional) to join its Real Estate Transactions practice in Hyde Park, Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work closely with clients on sophisticated real estate deals and help build a thriving practice.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, is licensed in Ohio, and brings 2–8 years of real estate transaction experience, with strong communication and writing skills and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school (required).
• Licensed in Ohio in good standing (required).
• 2–8 years of real estate transaction experience.
• Strong academics and writing/analytical skills.
• Client-first mindset with ability to develop business.

Responsibilities

• Formation, selection, and structuring of entities.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Commercial and retail leasing drafting/review/interpretation.
• Real estate acquisitions and dispositions; title matters.
• Review ALTA surveys and title commitments/policies; due diligence.
• Support title review and closing matters.
• Exposure to finance/lending and M&A as applicable.
