Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or STEM with strong financial analysis.
• 3 years of experience in real estate or investment banking with underwriting and transaction execution.
• Advanced modeling with Excel and PowerPoint; Argus experience strongly preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate analyses into concise recommendations.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious about real estate investing.

Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition and execution of new equity investments and debt originations.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial cash flow models and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct market research, asset-level diligence and comparative analyses.
• Prepare and present in pipeline meetings and investment committees with key underwriting details.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, and operators to drive deal execution.
• Conduct sector and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
