Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Associate Manager to oversee day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties for corporate services clients. You will monitor workflows, mentor staff, and ensure quality of service and deliverables.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms with brokers, managing documents, and presenting activity to clients, with a focus on process improvement and strategic planning. A BA/BS and 3+ years of real estate experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred
• 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio plans that align with client real estate goals and objectives
• Collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield and non-Cushman & Wakefield brokers to negotiate lease, sale, sublease and purchase terms
• Manage the flow of critical documents and client communications
• Review and interpret financial analyses
• Oversee revenue tracking and maintain transaction activity database
• Ensure accuracy of all transaction reports and present activity to clients
• Lead client meetings and mentor transactional team members
• Develop standard forms and processes to improve efficiency
• Coordinate broker selection, client needs, and project parameters
• Support strategic real estate planning and occupancy cost optimization
