Job summary

Smart City Locating, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Team Lead to drive production while mentoring a team of Realtors. You will lead from the front, generating buyers and sellers, coaching your team to prospect, convert, and close deals at a high level.

A culture of accountability and collaboration will be nurtured through hands-on leadership. You will recruit and train locators transitioning to full-service residential sales, while strengthening relationships with other brokers to enhance market

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor® member.
• Performance metrics: 8M past 12 months OR 10M total closed sales OR 30 closed transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by generating and managing a growing pipeline of buyers and sellers; set personal and team revenue and transaction goals; earn commissions; maintain contract knowledge.
• Be present as a hands-on leader: mentor, coach, host training sessions, and organize weekly local co-working meetups for your team.
• Build relationships: recruit and train Smart City Apartment Locators and external Realtors; strengthen market relationships.
• Deliver world-class client experiences: guide clients through the MLS-driven, hyper-personalized buying/selling journey; manage client relationships; uphold fiduciary duties.
• Live the brand: embody Smart City’s values and grow its presence in the Chicago market.
