Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or JD preferred.
• Five or more years of federal/state tax compliance and advisory experience.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience and strong client service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements for clients.
• Lead client engagements and improve internal processes.
• Develop staff and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain current knowledge of tax practices at local/state/federal levels.
• Manage staffing, billing and profitability targets.
