Qualifications

• Eight or more years of federal tax compliance and consulting experience in a professional services firm.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality client service with ethical standards.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market and multinational clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters with various clients.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation and ASC 740.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, credits and incentives areas.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
• Develop business relationships to acquire new clients and revenue.
• Support professional development and mentoring within the firm.
• Foster team culture and work-life balance.
