  • File court documents electronically across Pennsylvania counties and track outcomes.
  • Organize digital and physical case files and maintain indexing.
  • Support attorneys with hearing preparation and deadline management.
  • Monitor case progress and communicate critical updates to attorneys.
  • Coordinate with counties, tax claim bureaus, sheriffs, and third parties.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate property and payment records.
  • Conduct basic title checks and gather property information for pleadings.
