Job summary

Deloitte Real Estate and Financial Investors teams seek an Associate Director to lead advisory and transactional work for UK and international real estate clients. This role offers exposure to Tax Depreciation, Stamp Tax, VAT and REITs while working with a broad client base.

Based in Bristol, London or Manchester with a flexible hybrid policy, you will develop client relationships, mentor Analysts, and help drive business development while upholding Deloitte's values.

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA/ Law qualification or equivalent.
• UK Corporate Tax experience and the desire to specialise in the Real Estate field OR UK Audit prior experience of dealing with property clients would be beneficial
• Previous advisory and transactional experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and develop client relationships.
• To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture

Responsibilities

• Our Associate Directors take the lead on delivering key parts of our client services and will own or manage key elements of a client relationship.
• They proactively identify innovative solutions for clients and pursue new business development opportunities by utilising networks and market knowledge.
• They are people managers or coaches to Analysts in their team and share knowledge while continuing to build technical expertise.
• They work predominantly in advisory with clients including UK/overseas real estate businesses, fund managers, REITs.
