Job summary

WinCo Foods in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Director of Real Estate to lead the analysis, selection, negotiations, and development processes for new stores, remodels, and surplus properties. The Sr.

Director will report to the VP of Real Estate and will coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams, brokers, and external partners. The role requires 8+ years in real estate or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in real estate, development, or store planning with end-to-end transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Real Estate or General Business.
• Strong negotiation and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis, site selection, LOI, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate trade areas.
• Develop financial forecasts and business terms for new stores and remodels.
• Present recommendations to the Store Development Committee.
• Represent WinCo to government officials, brokers, and property owners.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.
