Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on real estate markets, investment opportunities, economic trends, business strategies, and CEO initiatives.
Identify and evaluate unique real estate opportunities to create value for the company.
Attend meetings with the CEO, summarize discussions, and track progress.
Create action plans from CEO ideas and drive projects to completion.
Research competitors and analyze strategies to identify outperformers in leasing, operations, and tenant retention.
Analyze what successful peers do differently and propose actionable improvements.
Collaborate with the CEO to research, develop, and implement top-5% industry positioning strategies.
Prepare research summaries, presentations, and written materials for CEO and senior leadership.
Monitor current events, economic developments, and market cycles with implications for the firm.
Travel up to 10–20% as needed.
