Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, real estate, or related field.
- MBA with real estate focus preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of research/real estate or related experience.
- Exceptional research, analytical, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and asset valuation.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO on research, strategic initiatives, and competitive analysis.
- Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities and trends.
- Attend meetings with the CEO and summarize follow-up actions.
- Develop action plans from ideas and drive some to completion.
- Research competitors and summarize strategies on leasing, operations, and tenant retention.
- Analyze information from multiple sources and synthesize conclusions.
- Prepare research summaries, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
- Travel 10–20% as needed.
