As Chief of the Management Services & Strategic Real Estate Planning Section for DGS Bureau of Real Estate (BRE), this management position provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for bureau-wide initiatives related to organizational planning, and real estate modernization. The incumbent serves as advisor to the Bureau Director on strategic real estate planning, portfolio optimization, alternative delivery and redevelopment opportunities, underutilized property strategies, business systems, and organizational performance. This position also leads cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the Commonwealth's management of real property assets through data-driven decision making, process improvement, interagency collaboration, and modernization of business practices while ensuring effective administrative operations, resource management, and organizational accountability. You will lead forward-thinking efforts that help create efficient, accountable, and innovative real estate operations.
