Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Client Consulting Principal to lead consulting services for major real estate clients and guide the consulting business across regions. You will oversee strategy development, data-driven analysis, and client interviews to deliver impactful results.

You will mentor staff, manage project tasks, and present strategic recommendations to senior client executives, aligning real estate operations with business goals. This role embodies CBRE values and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to set and manage targets impacting multiple departments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to build real estate strategies and consulting services for regional and global clients.
• Develop business cases aligning real estate to business direction and facilitate planning with client senior management.
• Evaluate space rationalization and provide solutions as needed.
• Develop complex strategies to reduce costs for clients.
• Present deliverables and milestones to client executives.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and supervise project work.
• Coordinate daily activities and manage project schedules within the consulting team.
