Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Able to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis.
• Work effectively as a project manager when leading a project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including spreadsheet data analysis and report generation.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Travel to visit properties and attend conferences; overnight travel likely.

Responsibilities

• Assist REDM in overseeing the long-term portfolio strategy by analyzing financial information and recommending long-term property strategies.
• Support the development of operating and financial projections for short- and long-term business plans.
• Conduct financial review and analysis of non-tax credit acquisitions and property rehabilitations.
• Analyze debt financings related to acquisitions and rehabs and monitor related projections.
• Ensure initial projections are completed according to guidelines and assist in project management across properties.
