Job description

The Real Estate Specialist will support the Real Estate, Market Research, & Store Development groups. We are looking for someone who has strong Microsoft Excel skills. Our ideal candidate would be organized, motivated, excellent at multitasking, have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Create detailed and in-depth Microsoft Excel reports for management
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, tenants, and members
• Process monthly utility billings and invoices
• Process and track receivables and payables for rent and rent related items
• Ensure accurate records are kept across multiple programs and reports
• Schedule, monitor, and track the progress of maintenance requests for members and tenants

Market Research Duties and Responsibilities:

• Billing studies for AWG member & non-members (Including coordinating with internal departments)
• Tracking and processing software invoices
• Training would be provided for the use of CoStar, Placer AI and GIS platforms to pull data reports
