Job summary

SoftPro is seeking a Real Estate Customer Solutions Support Analyst. The role provides telephone support for SoftPro Select across various sites, balancing closing orders and reconciling related tasks in the real estate closing process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate escrow/closing, strong communication and teamwork skills, and comfort with Windows environments. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate escrow/closing roles.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide closing/title phone support using SoftPro Select.
• Balance HUD/CDF/Commercial orders and reconciliations.
• Document calls and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
• Deliver high level of customer service at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
