Responsibilities

• Show homes to buyers on behalf of the agent you're supporting, based on their leads.
• Help move that agent's active leads from initial inquiry to in-person showings.
• Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and teammates.
• Deliver a professional, punctual, on-point client experience every time.
• Relay client feedback and insights back to the team.
• Track your activity and client interactions in PLACE Technology.
• Show up for team meetings, trainings, and script practice.
• Keep learning: scripts, market knowledge, client communication.
